My Systems Atlas

A personal site about technical delivery, customer-facing systems, AI-enabled operations, and the projects that connect them.

Open to senior technical project, program, and implementation roles. Building AMBER.

How I approach the work

Start with people.

Technology is rarely the starting point. The work begins with people and the problems they face, then examines the processes and systems already in place.

Only then does it make sense to decide whether technology should simplify the work, connect it, automate it, or stay out of the way.

  1. People

Understand who is involved, what they need, and how the work affects them.

  2. Problems

Clarify the actual problem before choosing a solution.

  3. Processes

Map how the work happens today, including handoffs and friction.

  4. Systems

Identify the relationships, constraints, feedback loops, and dependencies.

  5. Technology

Simplify, connect, automate, or stay out of the way.
