Delivery & Program Management
Guiding complex technical implementations toward adoption, useful customer outcomes, and lasting trust.
A personal site about technical delivery, customer-facing systems, AI-enabled operations, and the projects that connect them.
Open to senior technical project, program, and implementation roles. Building AMBER.
How I approach the work
Technology is rarely the starting point. The work begins with people and the problems they face, then examines the processes and systems already in place.
Only then does it make sense to decide whether technology should simplify the work, connect it, automate it, or stay out of the way.
Understand who is involved, what they need, and how the work affects them.
Clarify the actual problem before choosing a solution.
Map how the work happens today, including handoffs and friction.
Identify the relationships, constraints, feedback loops, and dependencies.
Simplify, connect, automate, or stay out of the way.
The systems atlas
The work crosses boundaries. These territories are distinct lenses on one connected practice: helping complex systems become more legible, useful, and humane.
Operating territory map
Six connected domains · one working systemGuiding complex technical implementations toward adoption, useful customer outcomes, and lasting trust.
Making AI useful, accountable, understandable, and safe enough for real work.
A local-first personal operating layer designed around governed memory, continuity, and human authority.
Designing the routines, feedback loops, and tools that keep an organization moving.
Modernizing professional services without discarding the practices that make them human.
Building sustainable structures for learning, health, attention, and creative work.
Selected systems
Programs, tools, and operating models approached as living systems—not isolated deliverables.
An active local-first experiment in governed memory, durable context, and human-reviewed support across personal systems.
Reframing a professional website as a coherent information system rather than a collection of disconnected marketing pages.
An in-progress modernization program spanning client service, firm operations, data migration, and digital systems.
Field notes
Essays and working notes on delivery, governance, operations, and building systems that last.
Why AI workflows should begin with clear authority, reliable evidence, and a path to recover before focusing on speed.
A practical field note on seeing the people, relationships, processes, and conditions around a problem before changing the technology.
Durable personal AI begins with legible context, portable state, and respect for the person’s agency.
