Post-sales and Customer Success
My background is customer-facing technical delivery, not quota-owning account management. Customer Success is part of that delivery story because implementation, adoption support, escalation handling, and long-term customer relationships depend on continuity across the same work.
Across these roles, I have led implementations, coordinated technical and business stakeholders, worked alongside Customer Success teams, and supported customers beyond the initial delivery milestone.
